Department of Homeland Security(DHS) FEMA Contractor deployed as a Technical Expert for water & wastewater and Stormwater in Puerto Rico. Deployed from 2019 May 5th to 2020 January 23rd. Assigned to the Puerto Rico FEMA Water Group as part of the site inspection team visiting PRASA water and wastewater facilities. Visited over twenty sites. Responsible for reviewing Damage, Description & Dimensions (DDD) spreadsheets, Word Documents, Site Photos, and Flood Maps. Civil Engineer of Record; Powell Butt Reservoir No.2, Phase 2, Portland, Oregon; 2010 Part of a multi-discipline effort to design and build the Portland Water Bureau's largest fully buried, 50-MG (five-acre area) conventional concrete, potable water storage tank and associated infrastructure. The project included pipelines ranging from 3-inches to 90-inches, three new above-ground buildings, rehabilitation of the existing buried existing 30-year-old, 50-MG potable water storage tank.
Lead Civil Engineer; Arkadelphia Armed Forces Reserve Center; USACE, Louisville District; Arkadelphia, Arkansas; Design phase -2008-2010. Construction Completion Year: 2011. Provided conceptual site civil engineering design in preparation of a design-build RFP bid package. This is a multimillion dollar 56,000-square- foot, military shared-used Army Reserve and National Guard Center Complex on a 15-acre site. Construction Completion Year: 2011 (Five additional sites where designed in other States.) Lead Civil/ Civil Engineer of Record; Fort Irwin Water Treatment Plant; U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center; Fort Irwin, California; Professional Services Completion Year, December 2007 Responsible for complete site civil engineering design and process yard piping design on this $80 million water treatment plant in Fort Irwin, California. Size of facility: 12 MGD. Project not built under this contract. CDM Smith completed the project. Civil Engineering and Biddability Quality Control Reviewer; San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Program; San Francisco Area, California; Professional Services Completion Year: December 2006 to 2007 Quality control review engineer for civil site design and construction package biddability for multimillion dollar upgrade projects for the San Francisco water supply and distribution system.
