EXPERIENCE

CHARTER CONSTRUCTION INC; NASHVILLE, TN - JULY/2019- PRESENT

Hourly pay is 17hr. I take care of building a guard rail for safety around the out side of the building. I have my harness and carpenter belt and tool bags with me all day. Also I have to make way up to next level floors by installing ladders or staircases. They have to be changed frequently. I also have to check every level, reason, so it can be safe for others that are going to be working in that level. If an opening is exposed without fencing or guard rail. I have to tape it off with red tape and install 2x4 railing or cable with its turnbuckle and clamps. The top deck installs the top guard rail on wooding plywood floors. I have to move that guard rail once the concrete is poured. I install that guard rail on the concrete against the sides off the building. I-am exposed 1-2 feet to the edge all day and it’s pretty high up. I have to be tight off by a safety strap and a yo-yo we call them and hooked to my harness. Assembly Technician, Nissan-Yates services; Smyrna, TN-July-2018-July/2019 Hourly base payed 14.50. Worked in a very fast pace sequence area. I had to assemble the air filter for the Nissan cars and put the parts in containers to be sent to the main manufacturer across the street. Also I would have to sequence pipe exhaust that would way more than 40 pounds it’s self and switch them from one container to another to be sent to manufacturer in a precise sequence order by car order. Worked with motor sequencing also and other car parts. Forklift/team operator, L&W Engineering;Lansing, MI/Lebanon,Tn 2017/2018 Hourly 13.75. Worked on a forklift at a very fast pace feeding parts from inventory warehouse to each cell machine operator. Feed the line assembly as well. In Michigan I had to carry a inventory scanner and find the right container with the correct part # and take it out to the floor. Here in Lebanon was a little different but they accomplished the same thing. Customer Service Representative, ManPower / Maximus ; East Lansing, MI 2017-2017 Answer calls from clients that needed assistance with there health Insurance inquiries. From applying for the state insurance to recovering a card insurance. Also inquiries that needed to be reported to the state and pertaining prescription complaints. I had to Document each call. Labor / Rieth & Riley Construction ; Lansing, MI 2015-2017 Worked paving roads. Also doing structural work. Repairing manholes and setting them up for the paving. I drain pipe as well and laid pipe sewer. Also assist concrete crew. Worked in excavation preparing all terrain for the proper installation. We did from highway paving to trail paving. Assembly Line/ Cardinal Staffing ; Lansing, MI 3/2015-6/2015 Worked on the assembly line for a few weeks. Pulling facias off the line and putting them into the correct bins according to the color and style. From there they where set in the warehouse to be sent to the manufacturer. I was assigned to a forklift position. I had to feed cells that where building facias and other parts. I had to go to warehouse to pick the correct part indicated in my computer and set it in the correct location. These had to be done in a very fast paste manner. Also had set empty containers in there respective location and size, color, kind and make. Had to feed the assembly line as well. Bad thing about it is that i was lay-off. They where getting ready for a expansion there reason. And they where going to call those people back when the warehouse house expansion was completed. But I could wait. Had to move on!

Technician Maintenance /Customer Service; Spring Hill suites Marriott: Fort Wayne,In 5/2014-3/2015

Attending rooms according to the customer needs. Maintenance all the rooms and they out the entire hotel. Maintenance the pools temp and levels of chlorine / ph levels. Also was assigned janitorial work and keeping in good shape the landscaping terrain around the property. I also had to meet Customers needs and if any service needed it was taken care off. In short words had a lot of interaction with the Customers. Had to move to Michigan.

Technician/Customer Service Representative; Protechs Inc: Fort Wayne, IN 9/2013-4/2014

I had to fill out reports of the assignments met for each day. Protechs Company works very close to insurance companies. We had get approval from the insurance company to work with the customer in need off assistance of a fire, water loss prevention. We provided 24 hour on call service residential/commercial cleaning and fire, water damage services. We worked alongside with the fire fighters in live incidents at the moment of a fire or water disaster. In case of a fire we would seal all property entrances by installing plywood on each window and door entry’s. Also if the customer had personal material under the insurance covered. We would provide a restoring service to there belongings. Team Leader/Forklift/ Semi-driver- Schroeder Associates ; Fort Wayne, IN 4/2011-9/2013

I was in charge of making sure trucks where properly loaded. Accordingly to the state requirements. I planned the job assignment for the crew in team work with the supervisor. I provided good Customer service to clients in need of special orders. My goal was to meet all there needs. A satisfied Customer always returns ! . I also used my bilingual skill to translate from English to Spanish an v-versa. I also was in charge of the loading the 53 footers in a sequence accordingly to there destination drop offs. I was in charge that every item in the trailer was loaded properly and that it was properly strapped and covered so no damage could occur. When done loading and inspected. My responsibility was to take out the big 53 footers out into the yard and stage them for pick up. Then would return with a another empty trailer and set it up for the next shipment loading dock. I also loaded trailers with a forklift. I had to load bundles of carton of different companies into the trailer with no pallet skid. It was pretty delicate because if you don’t pick it up the right way the bands would rip off and a big mess was made. Also if the boxes where scratched we would loose money as well.
