houses, garages, business property, vehicles, trip and falls, etc. Delivered letters of notification to

residents. Draw diagrams of incident sites and upload photos to company website. Position requires

travel throughout western New York and northern Pennsylvania.

CAPO U.S., Inc. Commercial Insurance Inspections, Kenmore, NY. June, 2016 to June, 2017.

Insurance Inspector. Drove from Buffalo to New Jersey and Boston, MA and across Western New

York to inspect businesses and houses to locate health hazards that would affect the validity of the

insurance certificate. Wrote reports, took photos and uploaded them to company website.

Document Verification Specialist. Responsibilities include taking in-bound calls and making out-

bound calls to speak with customers regarding the loan documents they submit to qualify for Best

Egg signature loans. Documents such as Social Security Cards, pay stubs, alimony income, child

support documents, 1099’s for self-employed individuals, annuity payments, W2’s & 1040’s and

personal voided checks were items we needed to verify.

Owner/Sales. International trading. Responsibilities include identifying international clients who

want to purchase products from the U.S. We locate the products that they want and sell those

products wholesale. Our client base is roughly in about 14 or more different countries.

Global Home Loans & Finance, Cheektowaga, NY. September 2003 to July 2010.

Co-Owner-Mortgage Loan Officer. Sold mortgages. Responsibilities included interviewing

customers to determine their mortgage needs, then matching their needs with the finance

programs and products available at the 300+ banks that we either corresponded or brokered

through. I pulled credit, title and ordered appraisals. I then collected customers’ personal

documents, i.e., pay- stubs, bank statement home owners insurance, etc. I processed the loan

applications according to the respective banks’ guidelines.
