April 28 2014 was hired as Front Desk agent for Atlantic Sands Hotel then went night auditor and remain night auditor at present

May 2011 til April 2014 Was Front Desk agent at the Americ Inn on River Rd in Rehoboth Beach which is now know as the American Inn.

March 2006 til May 2011 I was the assistant manager at the Vans outlet in Tanger outlets in Rehoboth Beach

I am a widow and will work any days of the week that are required and I am looking for full time employment

Job Duties;

Bucket check

Answer all phone calls

Check in and out hotel guests

Record all guest complaints and comments

Report all problems to Hskp or maint when needed

Ensure proper room and misc posting

Answer questions from guest

Provide excellent customer service

Greet and register all guest

Verify credit and how guest will pay for the room

Run nightly audit

Collect all money due

Post charges for the room including food

Fill out the abstract and make copies for manager and accounting and audit packet Schedule guest wake up calls

Give directions to room and also to vending machines Respond to any and all emergencies
