. Manage a staff of 10 people who get paid by the case, we are responsible for the unloading and breakdown of US Foods inbounds. Each inbound is keyed into a system that gives credit to the person working the truck and also a lumper fee. Safety is a priority and lots of paperwork is involved in the process.
