Responsible for producing PDS Framework 3D models and design drawings. Coordinated with Project Contractors during the design phase of the project. Tate & Lyle, the well–known UK sugar manufacturer, developed the zero–calorie sugar alternative Sucralose. This was developed from sucrose with three chlorine atoms substituting for three oxygen atoms and is now found in a wide range of zero–sugar drinks and food products. Tate & Lyle is the sole producer of Sucralose in the world and began the construction of a second Sucralose production plant in early 2005.

Seagate, Johor Bharu Malaysia – Manufacturing Facility ($350 M)

Responsible for producing design drawings such as pilings, foundations and structural drawings. Coordinated with Project Contractors and vendors during design phase of the project. Senai Seagate is situated on 12.8 acres with a 127,505 square foot manufacturing facility dedicated primarily to printed circuit board assembly. The plant is strategically located only 3 km from Senai International Airport and approximately 30 km from downtown Johor Bharu, an important commercial and industrial hub in southern Malaysia.

Responsible for producing PDS Framework 3D models and design drawings. Coordinated with Project Contractors during the design phase of the project. The manufacturing facility produces Zytel® nylon resin.

Hanford U.S. Department of Energy, Richland, Washington, USA – Nuclear Waste Treatment Plant Project (USD$3 B)

Responsible for creating Triforma 3D models and 2D design drawings utilizing MicroStation. The Nuclear Waste Plant contract is designing, constructing and commissioning a complex treatment plant to vitrify Hanford’s tank waste by blending it with molten glass and placing it in stainless steel canisters. The waste will remain stable and impervious to the environment while its radioactivity dissipates over hundreds to thousands of years. Vitrification is a waste stabilization method that has been proven in Europe and in the U.S. at DOE sites. The plant will treat and immobilize liquid radioactive waste into a stable glass form. The waste, currently stored in 177 huge underground tanks at the Hanford Site in southeastern Washington, will be treated and converted to the glass waste form using a process known as vitrification. Once immobilized, the high-level radioactive waste will be shipped to a federal geologic repository for permanent disposal.
