Developed an automated month end closing report of invoices to the executive team so that they have a preview of how the company closed.

Created new Distribution Centers (DCs) in the system for the merged company that was acquired recently. This included setting up users, printers, and customized menus for the new DC.

Created interactive web based grid screen in Profound UI and an ILE subfile program that populates the grid that keeps track of the EDI acknowledgements that were not confirmed by our trading partners and provides contact information for reaching out to them when necessary.

Modified twelve shipping labels of the Business Planning and Control System (BPCS) that included the Country of Origin (COO) compliance.

Created a procedure that retrieves the COO from the Item Planning File and places it on the shipping labels.

Developed an automated process that receives ASNs by FTP and processes them into BPCS. This process eliminated human errors and reduced the whole process cycle which led to time improvement and cost savings.

Developed a process that automatically saves shipping documents like Customs Invoices, Bill of Lading, and Packing Slips in the Integrated File System (IFS) and retrieves one or more of them on demand via email.

Created a menu driven process that generates a comma separated value (CSV) upload file of invoices and then interfaces this file with our customer’s system using their web portal.

Created a daily batch process that generates a CSV file of financial information from the previous day and sends it to a third party retention center via FTP.
