CSR position helped people navigate the Affordable Care Act. I completed applications in the company’s computer system and focused on customer service answering questions following designed guidelines.
In 2014 I moved to Parker, CO to care for my sister and became a full-time caregiver to her. She had health issues that required 24/7 care and I was glad I was able to do what needed to be done for her. We moved back to TN in June of 2017 where we have family. My sister has become independent and healthy, and I am now looking for employment.
