● Responsible for taking vital signs, completing accu-checks, changing linen, assisting with showers and bed baths daily, assisting to toilet and clean patients, emptying/measuring output from Foley’s, etc.

● Experience in collecting urine and sputum specimens, gathering supplies for patients, assisting patients to eat their meals, helping with walking per physician orders, and removing IV saline locks prior to discharge.

● Setup telemetry monitor box on patients, transport patients to radiology via wheelchair, use bladder scanner and doppler machine to evaluate urinary retention, setup EKG machine for patients experiencing heart rhythm changes, assist with post mortem care, and document vitals in Epic system.
