Feeding Data and filling the breakdown chart for the maintenance.

Regular inspection and checking the system on the field.

Following the foremen and supervisor instruction for the preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Reporting direct to the supervisor day to day work at site.

Attending and sharing experience maintenance work with co-workers in the tool box talk.

COMPRESSORS:

Experience in Maintenance of Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocations Process Air Compressors, Instruments Air, Compressors, etc. Reciprocating compressors (2000 PSI) Changing cylinder, hot valve, lubrications oils, Monthly services 1250 Hrs, 2500 Hrs, Semi- Annual and Annual Service.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR:

Worked with Dresser RAND, Natural gas Lifting centrifugal compressor with liquid film seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities. Involved in changing, Bearing changing and its seal and lube oil circuit accessories maintenance. PUMPS:

Involved in centrifugal pumps overhauling mechanical seal assembling and aligning the pump with prime mover by reverse & Graphical Method, Rim and Face Method. Worked in reciprocating pumps like Puis feeder.

Involved in repair such as plunger changing, Diaphragm changing check valves changing and packing activities.

Pumps in Mechanical device. It converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy i.e. lifts any liquid from a lower level to higher level. SOFTWARE SKILLS:

Auto Cad 2000 series.

MS-office(Excel, Word, Power Point).
