Job decription :
Fabricate REGENARATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZER ( R.T.O ) Logging the equipment and various components using stainless steel Black iron.
Uses MIG, TIG and stick welder to weld and assemble fabricated aluminum and steel products in an efficient manner to maximize production.
Produce strong penetrated welds that are smooth non-porous and consistent.
Follow required procedures and uses appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process.
Maintain produce a level of output that will minimize production delays
Create effective display for meat poultry and sea foods products
Rotate and stocks meat, poultry and foods producs to ensure freshness quality
Selection and ad equate supply to meet customer deamand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates, Inspects, Maintains and troubleshoots all molding machine parts and trim and form applies knowledge of plants system functions including maintenance work practices and divisional safe work practices
Performs emergency response activities as required.
Aware of International codes, Standards and Specification.
Responsible of receiving, assembles and tested parts against purchase order.
Generate correct label and affix stamp, receive, data on the label.
Provides timely data encoding of process requirements into system.
Ensures availability of needed documents at all times.
Complies with proper operating procedures of Safety and Health Standard and Environmental Protection Regulations.
Support &implements the environmental management system with respect to the job.
Daily report to the Junior Engineer.
Ensure Proper housekeeping at all times.
