Responsible for the day to day operations of this multiunit internationally based recruiting and contingent staffing firm specializing in the VMS and MSP models.

Created and directed the front and back office operations including payroll, human resources and customer service. Managed and directed the on shore recruiting department including use of applicant tracking systems and in house developed metrics program. Developed a state of the art electronic on boarding system that increased employee availability time by 40%

Responsible for the back office and human resource functions of Managed Staffing's holding company known as Ascendare. These business units included three preschool facilities, an afterschool robotics teaching unit, a telecom drive testing corporation, and a food service company
