Job Description

Assist with the closing of all mortgage loans from FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA and DPA. Collect all necessary documents and review for accuracy and compliance to ensure we meet the contractual closing date. Ensure the loan is moving forward smoothly and all milestones are meeting company expectations. Communicate with client at loan submission to answer any questions and to educate them on the loan process as well as the dos and don’ts. Data entry into the software i.e., Encompass / Point / Black Knight amongst others. Requested Escrow, appraisal, Insurance, title reports, termite, HOA docs, solar documentation, disclosures, employment, assets, and 3rd party verifications. Developed a keen understanding of all loan types to further my understanding and remain aware of new policy and procedures. Reviewed credit report with client to help them better understand to importance of the FICO effects. Ran DU / LP for automated approval. Managed our marketing department throughout.
