Pre delivery importation (P.O.I) for all coaches shipped to West African sub-region fitted with spheros air condition systems. Manage after sale services for the warrantee period. (approximately 1000 buses delivery so far with brands from India Ashokland, Tata China, Golden dragon Hanghuai and Brazil macropolo buses with scania, VIN chasises.

Bus wining (ticketing and tracking devices)

With my input the company is able to save about 30% cost on warrantee services quick and effective response to client and offering after sales maintenance and training to customers’ technicians. Sales of spheros Air condition has improves by 45% due my effort as an after sale support in the region.

Brief – I designed (Project drawings heat load calculation) and supervision and installation testing and commissioning and handing over approximately 150 tons Of cooling 400 square metres of ducting with Ducted Package with (petra-make). The company was able to save about 30% on the material cost due to the economical way I manage the installation works and economic design.

Design Supervision of Central Air Condition

At Niger House (FNB) Nigeria

Replacement of unit from chilled water systems to direct Expansion (Dx) ducted split units (upon my recommendation) for easy maintenance and cost effective. This was approximately 250 tons of Cool (units of various site ducted split units petra-make) was able to beat down the allocated budget by 35%.

Rehabilitation of Air Cooled Chillers and Fan-Coils

Brief – The customer initially called me to give an estimate for complete replacement of all the Air Condition units which has been working under capacity since it installation.

On my recommendation I argued for rehabilitation which was just a fraction of the cost if the entire units were to have been replaced approximately 500 tons of cooling.

Design Supervision and installation of VRA Systems for private Residential House in Imo state Nigeria (Approximately 30% of the proposed budget was reduced).
