I was an Administrative Assistant with over twenty (20) years’ experience in a support staff role. My personal corporate headquarters has been in the civil service workplace since 1999 beginning at LADOTD. In 2008, I took my skills in Excel and other programs and accepted a position at LADOC’s Division of Probation and Parole until I retired July 2, 2022.

Collects and tracks data from the seven assigned districts in Region 2 for various monthly reports.
Prepares monthly reports tracking regional progress to submit to the director’s office
Processes procurement requests from Region 2 districts.
Enters all In-service, quarterly, and firearms training for seven districts into LaGov’s Quals Maintenance.
Attends meetings and transcribes minutes.
Builds Excel workbooks as needed to house reports from monthly data in Region 2
Serves as backup timekeeper for the Office Managers of the seven Region 2 districts.
Sole timekeeper for the Region 2 office.
Types correspondence as needed.
Attend 20.5 hours of mandatory training annually per policy.
