PROFILE SUMMARY

1994 to 1997 as a full time employee I worked with three different industries as follows.

As a CAD engineer I worked with ICC (The Indian Card Clothing Comany) & successfully completed projects of missiels & weapons for Defence Organization.

As a mechanical design engineer I worked with Elscint Automation. There I learnt work of designing SPM machines, gear boxes, rotary feeder & linear vibrator.

As a project leader I worked in Kadkomp Systems Private Limited & completed PRITVI missile project for Defence Organization (R & D Engineers, Dighi, Pune)

1998 to 2003 as a proprietor of a small scale design firm I provided design work of SPM machines & CAD services to reputed organizations like Telco, SKF, Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corp. Ltd. & to many small scale industries.

1998 to 2019 Government College of Engineering Pune COEP invited me as a industry

expert & I worked 21 years since 1998 to 2019 as a visiting faculty & adjuct faculty in

COEP. There I provided practical oriented training of AutoCAD, Autolisp, Catia CAD /

CAM, CNC / VMC setting, programming, machining, PLC based Automation, PLC

programming, SCADA, Interfacing SCADA with PLC.

PMKVY course ( Pradhan Mantri Kaushalya Vikas Vojna) which was organized by

Government of India in COEP college. In this course I provided 250 hours training to

students on different CNC machines for a period of 6 months.

Recently from February 2022 to June 2022 I worked 6 months as a visiting faculty in Symbiosis Skill & Professional University. There I provided training of PLC based automation on TIA portal of Siemens, Robotics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computer Aided Design - CAD using softwares AutoCAD, Solid Works.
