Upon graduating nursing school May of 2007 I started working in a MSICU for 15 mos then transitioned to a night charge RN for a little over 2 yrs in which I felt it was time to advance my learning by transitioning to CVICU in January 2011 all of which were in the same facility. Started with basic ICU patients advanced into recovering open heart patients, taking balloon pumps, CRRT, aquapherisis pt among the general ICU patient in the mix from time to time.
