I am a driven, organized and motivated person, started my carrier as Site Engineer (CIVIL) in India from 1990 to 2006 and continues in Doha Qatar from 2006 April till date in different job positions.

In Qatar, I started my carrier as Site Engineer in International Trade & Development Company, owned by Mr. Khalid Al Misnad and presently working as Project Manager in IKA Construction, a Fit out and General Contracting Company. I strongly believe in my hard work and honest those can support for the development of my carrier and the Employer to higher level. Apart from educational qualification, I have gained very good experience in Civil Engineering Construction works and Project Management during my 16 years experience in Qatar. 1990 - 1994 - Worked as Site Engineer (CIVIL) in Moorthy Constructions, Ranipet, Tamilnadu, India, a construction company doing major construction works like leather factories and other commercial complexes.

1994 - 2000 - Worked as Site Engineer (CIVIL) Raj Builders, Madurai, Tamilnadu, India, a construction company doing construction of multiple Villa compounds in temple City of India.

2000 - 2006 - Worked as Project Engineer (CIVIL) in C.R. Constructions, Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu, India and completed and handed over more than 20 Villa Projects and one Auditorium Project successfully.

Gulf Experience:

April 2006 -June 2013 - Joined in International Trade & Development Company

(ITD), a Real Estate firm as SITE ENGINEER. During the first two years involved in Handing over of Al Maha Residential and Commercial Building @ Bin Omran, The Residence Tower, a 31 floor Residential Hotel Building, and Al Dana Tower, a 27 floor Commercial Tower @ West Bay, Doha Qatar. During my service in ITD, worked as PROJECT COORDINATOR during the construction of 2 nos. of Chalet Suisse in Umm Eithnein Farm @ Al Zubarah, Shamal Road. And in last 3-year service in ITD, I worked as Maintenance Manager and Client representative in The Residence Tower and Dana Tower to manage the maintenance activities of MMG and UFMCO (FM Sub Contractors)

June 2013 - Nov. 2017 - Joined in Tropical Trading and Contracting as PROJECT COORDINATOR. During these 4-year service I have led the company towards a better success and development of the company and handed over the ceiling works of 65 villas in 504 Villa project on Dukhan Road, another private villa project owned by Mr. Ahmed Khulaifi in Al Mamoura, and 7 food processing & ware house buildings in Industrial Area. Nov. 2017 - Sept. 2020 - Joined with B & B Trading and Contracting, a medium scale contracting company as CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. During these 3 years, I have involved in construction and handed over 2 Private Villa projects in Al Kheesa and several fit out projects

OCTOBER 01, 2020 - Till Date - Working in IKA CONSTRUCTION, a fit out and General Contracting company as PROJECT MANAGER. During this period, I have completed and handed over one package of 8 nos. of Staff Accommodation buildings in New Naval Base project in Mesaieed, and currently handling Staff Residence building of Doha Oasis in Musheireb, and Katara Tower (Tower 5) Low partition Steel Structure and Drywall Partition projects.
