I am writing to express my interest in securing a caregiver position at Nikoniko Home Care. I am a diploma holder in social work and got enough trainings as a caregiver.I come from a solid professional background with a strong interest in care giving. My area of focus and interest varies from caring for both adults and young children and even sick people. I believe my academic background, knowledge, skills and social work experiences have provided me with the credentials needed to thrive as a Caregiver. Prior to Save the children international and LWF, I worked as a community based child protectioncommittee and caregiver, primarily resolving issues related to unaccompanied and Separated children . I gained solid problem solving skills while working in AVSIFOUNDATION and LWF as a social Worker with refugee community. My background in generating innovative ideas and strategies to improve services has provided me with a deeper understanding of different problem's that companies encounter with the service delivery. Moreover, because of my work experiences, I fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s care giving services.
To date, my experience as a coach or social worker has been extremely rewarding and productive. However, it is through the care giving company that I can use my knowledge and creative problem solving skills to their fullest. I strongly believe that Care giving service is a discipline that will force me to view problems not only from the client’s standpoint but also from the company's best practices and “think out of the box” point of views.
