Accomplishments
Proactive member of a process improvement team that implemented a complete redesign of a re-manufacturing housing cell. The results were as follows: Improvements of 50% throughput, 50% productivity and proven cycle-time and setup reduction time.
● Team leader performing a metallurgical study that proved part and sample correlation on Heat-treat processes with identical material that resulted in reducing scrap hardware by 85% and saving of $750,000 annually.
● Lead a Greenbelt team that improved the Metal Spray process by eliminated over-reworks by 60% producing an annual cost saving of $244,000
