In this position I worked as a Service Center Driver. My duties included cleaning, quality control of equipment and delivering of wound vacs to hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes and home patients. Also, I would switch out wound vacs if the equipment would malfunction. My territory for the Indianapolis Service Center was most of Indiana and the eastern part of Illinois. When time permitted, I would process returns and mail out wound vacs that could be delivered by UPS.

While working as Lead Supervisor in call center making sure all phone lines were filled continuously from working hours of 7am until 9:30 pm. My duties included interviewing, hiring, keeping attendance, training new CSR’s and taking calls from field engineers calling for parts for equipment that were in hospitals, Doctors offices, etc. Approximately 10% of the calls were emergencies and had to be handled delicately. Parts had to be arranged to the picked up and delivered the same day. The Diagnostics Division of Bayer Corporation has since been sold.

As working with all the employees in this agency, I was responsible for keeping the system running efficiently while making sure daily batches were produced so they could be mailed out daily. Also, I was responsible for the printing of all renewals of licensees so that they could be mailed out according to their guidelines set forth for each licensing board. Keeping the database cleaned up I would set up annually all Boards and Commissions that had expired or deceased licensees. In this agency I was responsible for 14 Licensing Boards.
