She was the most outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated employee I have ever worked with. Betti’s energy is that of 10 people in one. She is great with customers, meeting their every need and expectation of the restaurant. Her charismatic attitude carried over to those that worked with her, including me as well. She is one that grows on you the more you’re around her. Betti is one that whatever she sets her mind to, she will accomplish.
Betti is loyal, timely, and dependable. She has gone out of her way to help out the restaurant many times. She is one that is giving to all, yet can still take criticism when improvement is needed.
