Senior I&C / Field Service Engineer with 21 year’s experience in the chemical, petro-chemical, ag-chemical, nuclear, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries including maintenance and plant outages/ commissioning and start-ups with gas turbine 7FA. Also, all levels of calibration (including ISO 9001), loop check-out, troubleshooting, installation & maintenance of field instrumentation & low voltage electrical controls. Proficient with Microsoft Office software and some procedure writing and control systems design software. DCS: experienced in configuration, I/O loop verification & commissioning with Ovation, Foxboro I/A, Provox, Delta V, Bailey i90, Honeywell TDC 3000, GE Mark 6 & 6e.

PLC: experienced with Allen Bradley mircologix controllers & Opto 22 PAC suites configuration and commissioning/ system start-ups

(Limitorque standard & smart actuators, Valve Tec, Derzick, etc.) Analytical: experience with Foxboro, Rosemount, MSA, Siemens SO2, Nox in CEM systems and managing calibration reports/records, gas bottle inventory. Also process analyzers in measurements of ph, O2, H2S, conductivity, silica, total organic carbon, CO2, SO2, opacity, H2S, LEL monitors etc.

Electrical: experience with low voltage motor controls (DeviceNet) in installation, termination, troubleshooting, & testing, including some AC variable frequency and DC drives.

Clearances: Nuclear PHQ, TIWC, Monsanto GMPc certified & CR procedure 100ppm.
