As a Maintenance Generalist I trouble shoot, repair and preform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. I calibrate certain equipment to company standards and monitor machine functions for less possible down time.
I do installations, repairs, and qualified inspections while using all appropriate PPE, lockout / safety standards for each specific job task.
I fill time display sheets, and short notes using the company data base to document for ordering purposes and Management Support overview.

As a Production worker, I would process poultry as a classified shoulder cutter. I made precise and specific cuts to portion for USDA inspection and the distribution process using multiple cutting tools, such as hand knives or scissors. I maintain a high volume of product by line control for efficiency levels and half birds are being scored to meet satisfactory and I grade repetitively for wings, breast and tenders.
I also monitor conveyors and production line movements during the marination and packing process for shipments to company vendors. Currently in the Leadership position assisting to manage the production line operations.
