Approve the setup checklist at every change over in the production process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Line patrol inspection: First-off approval to products with laser technology.
Master sample checking with Jidoka to control line rejection.
Rivet high checking by update the proQMS.
Flaring diameter and visual checking of the products.
Perform equipment changeover according to set schedules.
Responsible to approve the batch production by inspecting critical parameters.
Issuing line clearance at regular intervals by inspecting random parts until the production is complete.
Responsible to maintaining and updating batch approval and final inspection records.
INT/IT connected with measure the value on report.
Product checking with SAP clearance in systematically mover to 5000 to dispatching location. SKILLS:
Knowledge 7QC tools and instrument handling.
