I manage/direct more than 145 associates with salaries ranging from $80,000 to minimum wage. Another aspect of this responsibility is cost control measures including; labor, shrink, supplies, benefits, cost of goods, asset protection and utilities.

I define leadership as coaching/developing others through constructive feedback while training them to obtain consistent success, which in turn allows for an efficient system to hold its own weight evenly. COMMUNICATION

Speaking with outside companies is common in my position. I deal with companies selling to me. Wineries, Frito Lay, Coke, Budweiser and brokers are some examples of large companies that I speak with frequently. Vendor
