• JV HSE MANAGER Equinor/Shell Argentina 2022 – Present (secondee to JV with YPF Operations in Vaca Muerta). I am working as the HSE manager for the Bandurria Sur field located in the Neuquén Basin in northern Patagonia, Argentina, supervising HSE and Emissions and provide direction for safe Drilling, Completions, Fracking, Production facilities and Construction projects and operations. o Assessing the current state of existing safety programs and identifying methods of improvement. o Define educational and outreach tailored strategies to raise health and safety literacy in operation.

Manage the Drilling, Completions and Well Services work to ensure the quality of well delivery under a very dynamic workload for a mature asset (over 600 heavy oil wells). Joint Venture with PDVSA

(National Oil Company) and Total Energies for developing a Heavy Oil asset in the Orinoco Belt. The operation encompasses six drilling rigs and 9 Completions/Services rigs (over 150 Engineers, field personnel and supporting staff).

o Develop metrics and KPIs for the drilling and completions organization. o Define Procurement and Contracting yearly strategies for all services. o Reduction of 25% drilling time compared with 2016. o The focal point for Drilling and Completions for Equinor in Venezuela. o Organized personnel training and development.

o Manage differed production numbers due to well reliability and workover-related deployment. o Manage a CTF and centralized center for drilling fluid and toxic waste.

• Assignment on the Bay du Nord project in Newfoundland, Canada to support the D&W project development team in the planning completions design and documentation and final project approval, assigned as Project Manager for the offshore seabed coral survey campaign 2019, with zero recordable incidents. Activities include; planning, preparation, HSE performance monitoring, risk assessment and daily operational monitoring. o Project delivered under budget and before the scheduled target.

• LEADER DRILLING AND WELL ENGINEERING Equinor Calgary 2016 – 2017 Coordinate and lead the Drilling and Completions Engineer’s work and ensure the quality of deliveries in the planning process. The main products drilled, completed or repaired wells delivered in compliance with the program, on schedule, at the agreed cost or lower. o Implement effective modifications and recommendations to engineering and field procedures, ensuring safe and optimized operations.

• LEADER COMPLETIONS ENGINEERING Equinor Calgary 2014 – 2016 SAGD completions leader in charge of up to 8 engineers and consultants to plan and execute completions programs. SAGD operations budget, quality control of completions designs and operations, ESP design and change-outs operations, initial completion for thermal circulation and production, yearly planning and execution of oil sands well abandonments campaigns. o Drove downturn around the operational time of ESP intervention from over ten days average to an average below of 5 days.

o Optimized ESP intervention cost and time accomplishing a 30% overall reduction. o Standardize well programs and other completions processes to facilitate well interventions. o Increase the overall quality of the completions programs by implementing a peer-review process and document checklist and equipment list.

o Successfully delivered the planning, program and execution of yearly wells abandonment operations.

o Improve interfaces with the asset and other stakeholders by improving communication and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the completions team. o Successfully implemented the On-Call Engineer and pad assignments to ensure 365 days of support of intervention operations.

o Managed and executed successful ARO and winter completions programs. o Ensure execution compliance with local regulatory and corporate procedures. o Increase the overall quality of the DOPs (Detail Operational Procedures) by lock-down of the templates and standardized description of the operation. o Streamlined the ESP DIFA process to shorten report deliver times and reduce the non- productive backlog.

• LEADER FOR DRILLING AND COMPLETIONS ENGINEERING ASSET PROJECT DEV. Equinor Calgary 2013 – 2014

Drilling and Completions leader as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver complete lifecycle SAGD investment projects from concept to sanction. In charge of 4 engineers. o Successful in approval of Leismer Expansion project (Pad-6) from concept to sanction. Project hand-over for execution resulted in 30% below budget and the record for fastest well. o Successful approval of D&C Competency Area Review (CAR) documentation for Corner project from concept to sanction, performing QA/QC with the Chief Engineer, technology qualification, budget estimation and project risks assessment.

o End of Projects and continuous update presentation to JV Partners. o Ensure HSE Consideration into the well design and project planning. o Stewardship of corporate policies and local regulations for drilling and completions design and operation.

• SENIOR DRILLING AND COMPLETIONS ENGINEER Equinor Calgary 2011 – 2013 Responsible for planning and design work related to the D&C Leismer expansion in charge of 4 engineers. o Worked with other disciplines to develop the business case for the initial Leismer Expansion

(LAP2).

o Provided risk assessments for the planned operation. o Compiled programs and detailed procedures for installing the well equipment o Prepare Drilling Program for Pad-5 Drilling Project.

• DRILLING AND COMPLETIONS ENGINEER MEG Energy Corporation Calgary 2007 – 2011 Support SAGD operations on the Christina Lake Project, design of the wells and operation planning for the first commercial drilling and completions campaign. Supported the delineation and abandonment campaigns specialized in complex wells

o Design and executed 85 Horizontal SAGD well pairs with two simultaneous operations in Pads Drilling Rigs to completion and regulatory approval for production. o Well best performance of the field on less than seven days of drilling. o Execute Winter Delineation Drilling Program over 160 core wells with 11 Core Drilling Rigs in 4 months.
