Position: Customer Service Representative

Objective: To secure a position where I can use my experience and skills to assist customers. I have many years of experience dealing with customers. All it takes is a little time, patience and careful listening to explain what needs to be done to assist them and make them happy, and that helps to make them want to call you next time.

I have worked with customers in a customer service call center, hired customer service representative as a recruiter, done banking customer service as a bookkeeper at our local bank, and mortgage customer service as a mortgage loan officer, and many years of customer service working as the office manager for my father, who did plumbing in new residential construction.

And also helping my son raise his 9 year old daughter with the pandemic and home schooling.
