Control Room Operator for various parts of the Utilities Power House including the Lime Kiln, Demineralized Water, and Waste Water Effluent Treatment.
Was the outside area operator for the Recovery and Combination boilers.
Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
Analyze test results to classify products or compare results with standard tables.
Record information such as the number of products tested, meter readings, and dates
and times of product production.
Start machines or equipment in order to begin production processes.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify control room operators of any malfunctions.
Turn valves to regulate flow of liquids or air, to reverse machines, to start pumps, or regulate equipment.
Remove products, machine attachments, and waste material from machines.
Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and
work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks.

Measure amounts of products, lengths of extruded articles, or weights of filled
containers to ensure conformance to specifications.
Clean and lubricate equipment.
Read gauges and charts, and record data obtained.
Mix ingredients according to specified procedures and formulas.

Change machine gears, using wrenches.
Perform minor repairs to machines, such as replacing damaged or worn parts.

I was trained to be proficient on bull dozers, road graders, trackhoes, compaction rollers, skid steers, dump truck, 18 wheeler, and MRAP Gun Trucks.
Our primary mission as a Horizontal Engineering Company was construction of earth moving projects such as roads, dams, and embankments.
We loaded equipment and did preventative maintenance on all equipment ourselves.
I was also trained in combat trauma and field care.
