I inspected each brake pad for different issues ( cracks, big lumps, missing spring holes plate or post damage. Spring holes, springs, clips, shrimp, plate chamfers, slots, paper, chips, etc. Then pack it and move them when done. I started at Nisshinbo through WAGNER Temporary Staffing I believe in August 2010 then got hired on at Nisshinbo Automotive Manufacturing March 2012 then resigned (My mother was 82 yrs old) December 28th 2021.

March 2012 to Present

I started as a temp working on accessory lines then got hired after 18 months by the Supervisor of 200% for Valid Product Inspector as a Head Inspector. Learned to use the electric lifter, but as a temp is when I learned to use an electric pallet Jack. Learned how to read the brake pad orders, understand the reject system. NO and NO GO. I used the hand caliper a few times. I trained others as well. Computers, I'm still working on, lol! I helped in accessory only if we didnt have any work. Helped out in Plate Treatment as well. Did rework with touch up, flashing, etc. Assessments
