Introduction:
i am born sub male. a worshiper of beautiful ladies.
Serve them all the way.
I am an expert in MS Office and know all it's products, especially Access.
My uniqueness/strength is that I use macros in Access to achieve high effectiveness and productivity..
I am also an experienced SAS programmer and an engineer as well.
I have experience SAS programming and MS Office.

I have Oracle experience too when it was in Version 6.
I have big arsenal of SAS/Access macros and am familiar with all SAS products.
My Access and SAS applications interact to each other.
Maybe I do not cover everything listed. I lean new things quick, especially things in the similar fields.
I'll continue to do this kind of work and make my work more productive.
In City of Austin I did observed data regularly,almost everyday, and do their evaluation for further use.

Experience: 1990 to 2016, Engineer Graduate, City of Austin. Performed Extensive data procession using SAS and MS Access etc. Environmental system’s simulation, computation.
1989-1992, Engineer Associate, University of Texas at Austin, Center for Space Research. Performed Spacecraft orbit computation and evaluation and related Space Geodesy and Geodynamics research.
1981-1989, Senior Engineer and Researcher, Changchun Satellite Observatory under Chinese Academy of Sciences .Performed Spacecraft orbit computation and evaluation as well as theoretical study, observation devices design, technical improvements.
1965-1978, Engineer and Researcher Associate, Changchun Satellite Observatory under Chinese Academy of Sciences .Performed Artificial Satellite observation; orbit computation, prediction and evaluation as well as theoretical study; observation devices maintenances, accuracy estimation and their technical improvements.
Qualifications
Worked a long time in science-engineering field both in China and the United States.
Got my Masters Degree in China.
In depth knowledge of Mathematics, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering. Skillful in engineering simulation and data processing on computers.
Especially I have more than 25 years of SAS experience. An expert in SAS macro and many other SAS products let alone the basic SAS tools.
Operating systems: Skillful in Windows, and also VAX/VMS, Unix systems.
Human languages: Know 3 languages: English(fluent) Chinese(fluent,mother tongue), and Russian(intermediate).
