Serving in the Military was a great honor, my occupation was transportation, delivering supplies to the designated location in order to compete the mission. But I have also been trained to give first aid, in a hospital setting, handle soldiers in severe trauma and treat wounds such as cuts, burns, and gun shot wounds. I also have experience to give CPR and EKG. Working in the field, meaning being outdoors for days, weeks and even mouths in a combat environment. I trained in handling weapons such a M14 to a M249 light machine gun. Being in the field also gave me the opportunity to learn about environment study, trained and gaining the knowledge of surviving in what ever field I'm in desert, forest or arctic and distinguished different plants. Also volunteered in hurricane relief efforts and being librarian in Fort Polk.
