Providing Planning and Zoning information to contractors and homeowners on site, inspecting, approving and closing approved permits based on approved plans and specifications. Palazzo Del Sol will be the first new condominium complex on Miami’s exclusive Fisher Island since 2014. Performed special inspections and CMT services for the construction at the site. Provided auger cast pile, steel reinforcement, and grout inspection for cabanas, pool area, and front driveway. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Expansion of Runway 9R-27L, Broward County Aviation Department/ Parsons Transportation Group, Florida, November 2011 to July 2016, $800 million, Amec Foster Wheeler. Provided inspection services for the FLL South Runway expansion, with engineered materials arresting system (EMAS) parallel and cross-field taxiways, an instrument landing system, aircraft staging and hold pad, decommissioning and permanent closure of Runway 13-31. Assigned to several projects involving the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail that spans 106 miles from Key Largo to Key West in Monroe County, Florida. Provided CEI, construction administration, and environmental permitting services for this shared-use path in the Florida Keys.
