With more than 20 years of experience in oil and gas industry, I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person, my experience revolves around plant pre-commissioning preparations, commissioning, and safe plant and equipment shut down.

Through the years I worked on many machines and equipment’s such as cryogenic and non cryogenic Air separation units, multi stage compressors, boilers, water treatment for steam generation, single and multi-stage pumps,lubrication systems, and DCS & PLC control systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills, and able to diagnose and analyze common and sophisticated technical problems.

Job description: Shift supervisor.

During the 12 hours shift my responsibility in the LNG/LPG and Naphtha plant is ensure the operation stability and support the field and the control room crews during commissioning and emergency situations in addition to troubleshooting .

Safe operation is one of main and crucial tasks and also preparing machines and equipment to be handed in to maintenance department and issue the proper work permit accordingly.

2- Company: Yara

After attending an intense course by Linde in Yara headquarter in Sluiskil the Netherlands, I was part of the cryogenic air separation unit (producing both liquid and gaseous Nitrogen) commissioning staff.

Our goal was to prepare all drawings and check the operation each component of the separation unit according to the manufacturer recommendations and finally start up the unit and handed it in to the owner.

As a panel man, my responsibility is to monitor all machines and equipment around the plant using DCS and PLC control systems, troubleshoot problems,apply all HSE regulations,also to arrange with maintenance department for scheduled repairs and ensure the operation stability and safety.

Job description: Plant Operator

As a plant operator I am responsible for the operation of a wide range of machines,equipment including different types of steam turbines such as surface condenser turbines,multi-stage compressors, multi-stage pumps, boiler feed water treatment,cryogenic and non-cryogenic air separation units, right angle gear pumps, different types of multi-stage compressors and different types of lubrication systems.

The daily routines covers machines and equipment readings logging, commissioning, shut down and ensure all safety rules are met.

-Diploma in oil and gas operation by City and Guilds,(Libya).

-HND certificate in Operations Engineering awarded by Mericler, (Istanbul, Turkey)

-IELTS band 7 average.(Libya)
