CAREER SUMMARY

I am a certified family nurse practitioner and have been employed at Family Care Partners-intercoastal for about 3 years. As a family nurse practitioner, I manage diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and many other chronic disease processes. I also care for pediatrics patients of all ages. I ensure they meet each milestone and are up to date on vaccines through well child visits and manage their care during acute visits. It is also my vital responsibility to ensure that our adult population is up to date on all age-appropriate screenings though preventative visits. I have over 10 years of expertise in the health care field, caring for patients with multiple injuries after a traumatic event, and post-operative procedures and well as patients who have multiple diseases with various stages of health. I possess extensive knowledge about the scope of surgical services, regulations, philosophy, and clinical intervention as well as the policy and procedures in an outpatient primary care setting.
