ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing online reports, (4Q analysis, Daily Management, Control Chart, PPAP, APQP)

SAP Handling, (To maintain CTQ audit and process defects) Conducting Process & Product audit as per the plan.

Documentation and record preparing & maintaining as per Quality Management System of ISO/TS 16949.

Process development & modification by means of FMEA and also Control plan follow-up. Monitoring the internal rejection and reducing the defects with a structured problem solving approach by applying QC tools, (8D, 7QC Tools)

Preparing and reviewing the process & product as per the plan to achieve the process capability.

Reduction in PPM for customer complaints by implementing poka yoke in assembly line EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
