DATA CENTER EXPERTISE:

Subject Matter Expert delivering processes and policies to integrate migrations’ workflows as a mature sales, operations and maintenance product. Product development responsibilities from client initiations, requirements discovery, engineering scope and planning to execution.

Provided subject matter expertise, systems solutions and architecture, while managing 200+ systems

administrators and engineers supporting USAF 844th, ITA IMCEN/CCSC, AOC, Mark Center migration,

OSD AT&L eBusiness center and WHS. Managing responsibilities for these programs valued over $12M

annually, my responsibilities included; P&L, systems design and deployments, vendor management/

engagement and client relationships between components within the NCR. Successfully transitioned

the OSD application development division from a Waterfall to an Agile, SCRUM, and Team Foundations

center of excellence within the Enterprise. Successfully supported multiple TIER I-IV IT Support Services

Sr. Program Manager under the DISS program, responsible for the design, installation, configuration, cyber posture, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS delivery for the successful deployment of the client's new JPAS application. During my tenure with the Pentagon Renovation team, I was a principal on the design and transformation solutions team developing and deploying the pilot programs for thin clients (RSAC), IBM blade servers (BCSR), EMC/Brocade fabric, and the apple clients (WHS). Clients to include; DLA, DMDC DISS, Army Operations Command, Army Information Technology Agency (ITA), SIGNAL Center, OSD AT&L eBusiness, 844th Communication Squadron, NMCC, RSAC, Pentagon renovation, FBI and many others through identifying and designing to customer requirements, through systems integration, acceptance and O&M.
