● Designation:- Apprenticeship in SMT Field.

● Period:- June 2018 to June 2019 (1 year).

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Proficient in the setup, operation amd tear down of pick and place,screen print, x-ray and re-flow ovens.

● Read and interpreted Schematic Diagrams,drawings, blueprints, specifications work orders and reports in order to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.

● Knowledge on the Loading PCB's, Solder paste printings and its DEK paramaters.

● Troubleshoot the problems in SPI and DEK.

● Basic trained on the Pick and place Machines.

● Knowledge on the Feeder types, MSL components and to overcome the errors.

● Visually inspected all components using a microscope in AOI.

● Know the basics in Reflow ovens.

● Learned the basic knowledge on x-ray techniques.

● Produce the product based PCBA with proper quality check.

● IPC standards, 5-s cleaning, proper handling of PCBA known well. Projects Worked on:

● Huawei PCB Assembling-SMT Line.
