• As the mine developed and mine production grew I developed a rule book for fan locations and ducting limits for the miners to follow.
• Set up Diesel Control Boards and created a tagging system for all underground diesel powered equipment stating HP and required CFM.
• Designed ventilation plans to handle new expansion plans and worked with mine planners to set up time tables to accompodate future development and production.
• Helped redesign the Mill and Lab ventilation to meet the day to day ever increasing demand on the original design.
• Converted the ventilation 2D schematic to computer graphics and tried out several versions of different ventiation simulation packages.
• Developed an expandable chart to track diesel equipment testing results as a companion tracking system to the Miners toxin exposures charts as stated in the Mining Safety manual.
