Graphic Designer Position at Quest Displays (2020-Current)
● At Quest I create eye-catching displays that follow strict branding guidelines including but not limited to: font styles, colors, image/photo selection and editing etc. for sales centers and leasing offices. The goal being to take the user on a journey to their new home by showcasing amenities, benefits of residency and more.
● Utilized the Adobe Suite (in particular Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop)
● Maintained a positive relationship with several dozen clients; notable clients include NVR Inc., Mattamy Homes, and Meritage Homes.
● Worked both with a team and individually to ensure projects were completed both accurately and punctually. Adhered to a strict deadline system while managing several dozen jobs each month.
Classwork Case Study:
Mississippi Unemployment site:
● Worked with a team over the course of 4 weeks to conduct research, discover pain points and encourage the user retention of Veterans on the Unemployment site.
● Together, we developed a user persona after several interviews to focus on said Veteran pain points; after which we conducted A/B testing on the placement of the “veteran services” option to prioritize its importance.
● After our research we developed a Veteran’s Career Hub which would provide resources and support for Veterans seeking employment.
