Witness and monitor Vendors / Construction Contractors work activities, inspection and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures and method statements etc.

Assist review of Construction Contractors quality control plans / ITPs, Quality Procedures, method statements and all pertained QA/QC documentation prior to commencement of any related work.

Assist Project Team in instrumentation inspection/test activities during construction, per- commissioning and commissioning phases.

Verify the implementation of PTW (permit to work) and other safety procedures.

Ensures Vendors /Construction Contractors have relevant, up to date codes, standards, specifications and drawings.
