Network Administrator

Installed, configured, monitored, and upgraded network infrastructures; conducted support operations for aircraft Ground Control Stations (GCS) networked to an Air Force Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations Center. Assisted with organizational level maintenance tasks specified in AF Technical Orders (TO), pre and post-flight system configurations, and the interface equipment for the various systems within the GCS. Scheduled and oversaw system outages for maintenance, upgrades and installations. Programmed switch and router configurations including VLAN management and routing protocols.
