Manage pharmacy operations and monitor the daily activities.

Dispensing of a prescribed product to a patient including verifying the legality of the prescription as DOH laws, rules & regulations

Maintain the records of controlled medicines and adhering to the DOH laws related to the controlled medicines.

Maintain accurate patient records, pharmacy files and inventory records.

Provide information and advice the patience/customers regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper mediation storage.

Handling Insurance approvals and e-claim submissions for insurance prescription and minimizing claims rejections

Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential issues with patient prescriptions

Organizing and supervising the pharmacy technician work flow

Orders and maintains supply of drugs and other pharmaceutical stock.

Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Assist DOH Officials by answering to queries and providing the required documents

Updating latest trends in markets and the updates from health authority

Hiring and training the staffs

Perform other administrative duties

Develop positive business relationships with customers at Pharmacy level to achieve growth.
