• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving problems in the field or remote support.

I attended approximately twenty-five training for Carestream Dental and I visited the factory three times in MLV.
I visited Biolase manufacturer in California.
I travel 80 to 100 thousand km support distance annually to support customers around Egypt.
