• Works with Site Manager to ensure the efficient operations of assigned sites by: developing and managing budgets and business plans, establishing goals and objectives, identifying deficiencies and missed targets/timelines, and enacting adjustments as needed to positively impact performance

• Performs necessary rent collection activities; takes steps to reduce rent delinquency rate and takes corrective legal action as necessary

• Shows units to eligible housing applicants and conducts lease orientation and signing,

• Assists in enforcing lease parameters; develops and maintains documentation of “for cause” eviction activities as necessary
