Outside Laborour - Unload freight from trucks using forklift
- Deliver freight to outdoor storage areas
- Deliver material to locations as designated by orders
Warehouse Wicket - Communicate with Warehouse customers to find out what part they are looking for. If required do a parts search on the computer to find part number and storage location
- Obtain parts and fill out Warehouse information on slip as to how many were issued and the balance of the part
- Put away parts as delivered by checkers such as contract supplies such as electrical instrumentation and nuts and bolts
-Maintain inventory balance by reordering parts when low limit balances have been met. Complete inventory record when requested by supervisor.
Shipper - Prepare material to be shipped to vendors, whether it be damaged, repair and returned or wrong part number, as per bill of lading received
- Record all information as per bill of lading number, material being shipped out, vendor information and date material shipped out on.
Head Receiver / Checker - Receive bills of lading for all freight received
- compare bills of lading to all material recieved, remove packing slips and mark material with any identifying numbers
- record all freight received on a daily basis
- find orders that correspond with material received, check it in, place identifying tags or numbers on it and put material in the proper storage location.
- Fill out any paperwork required for damaged or incorrect goods
- Mark any special instructions on parts to be delivered to specific locations
1990 - 2005 Kimberley Clark / Neenah Paper Various Positions
- Worked many shutdowns as Fire Watch and Vessel Guard throughout the mill. Worked as Vessel Guard for Digester Overhauls and while there developed Training Manual for Digester Overhaul Working Vessel Guard.
- Posted into a position in the Woodroom and worked the line of progression to Drum Feed.
- Cutbacks in the Woodroom placed me temporary in the Steam Plant. Worked the line of progression. While employed in the Steam Plant I developed the Standard Operating Procedures for the Steam Plant and Causticizing Department.
-Was put into a model payroll position in the Pulp Department and continued working on Standard Operating Procedures until all modified duties in the mill were cancelled.
While employed at the Mill I was a member of the EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND RESCUE TEAM and was involved in many Rescue Team simulations including rope rescues, high incline rescues and spills confinemet.

Interests
I am very involved in volunteering in the community. I have volunteered for many forms of security at different venues with the townships of Terrace Bay and Schreiber included but not limited to The Terrace Bay Curling Club, The Superior Classics Car Club, The McCausland Hospital and Filanes Fallen Rock Minor Hockey.
i also work with Superior Patient Watch in McCausland Hospital in Terrace Bay and Wilson Memorial in Marathon guarding patients in need when required.
