Memorial West Hospital - Miramar, FL February 2018 - August 2018 I went on rounds and administered treatment to patients, drew ABG’s, manual chest physiotherapy. I also worked in the ER doing patient assessments, EKG’s and in the ICU. I also would do suctioning patients, oral care.

• Supervisor Holy Cross Hospital December 2020 – PRESENT As a supervisor for Holy Cross I’m responsible for managing a team's progress and maintaining a positive environment. When it comes to new hires, I would conduct the interviews then report back to HR and senior management on my findings. Once the new employee is hired I would then conduct intense training, that would help make them a productive and affective employee. I would also create and manage team schedules. On a monthly bases I would evaluate the team’s performance and provide constructive feedback. I would then identify and apply career advancement opportunities to the team members that are excelling at their position.
• Customer Service Representative Molina Health Care November 2019 – December 2020 My job as a customer service representative was to provide support and stellar service to meet the needs of our Molina members and providers. Resolve issues and address needs fairly and effectively, while demonstrating Molina values in my actions. Also provide product and service information, and to identify opportunities to improve our members and providers experiences.
• Supervisor LED Skyline INC - Miramar, FL 33029 October 2007 - November 2019 I prepared proposals for various job sites, as well as overseeing the management of the company’s employees. I also helped handle payroll and the finances for the company and the employees. In the process of hiring potential employees, I would either do some of the interviewing, while also reviewing the employee paperwork to see if they were the best candidate.
• Telephone Technician Avaya Communications – Manhattan, NY February 1996 - June 2004 I was the lead technician in which I would oversee projects and would lead 10-15 other technicians at a time. These projects would be done in residential and commercial buildings where we would install new wiring and communication devices. US Army Veteran

For 8 years, I oversaw a battalion aid station, where I dispensed medication, treated wounds, gave injections, and did phlebotomies. Also, at the battalion aid station I did training, where I taught incoming soldiers the protocols to treat patients. While not at the aid station, I provided medical support for the army rangers, while they were out doing field training.
