Operate hinge assembly.

Pick up the hinge rails from the Saw machine station to take them into the hinge punch machine station to punch a tiny hole at both sides.

Use a drill power hand all hinge rails at both sides.

Assemble small plastic parts to drill at the end of the hinge rail tightly, and then put hinge rubber parts inside the hinge rails, and cut off the rubber parts at the end of the side.

Move the completed assembly of the hinge rails into a cart for the Panel Assembly.

Completed durable assemblies and subassemblies with hand and drill power tools.

Conducted quality assurance inspection on finished components and identified issues.

Perform Industrial manufacturing and production. Check the 1st part OK checklist, follow the safety work instructions, trim grain leather skins for dashboard, assemble door panel parts, label airbag parts with the barcode label, large press operation, press bond operation, welder operation, plastic molding operation.
