Senior Superintendent (2020 - present)

Tampa Museum of Art: Renovation -Project incorporating a complex, phased schedule responding to the requirement of keeping the museum open to the public during construction. Work includes the creation of a new art storage facility, 4 new galleries, 4 new restroom’s, new hurricane rated façade (curtain wall), educational lobby, new classrooms, new lighting systems and upgraded HVAC systems. Next phase incorporates extension of the museum.

CNY GROUP – New York, New York

Senior Superintendent (2016 - 2020)

Project planning and execution, for award winning, $55 Million project ‘Tammany Hall’ at 44 Union Square East in New York City. Advised on constructability and value engineering for landmarked exterior façade with support towers and a steel-whaler system while overseeing demolition of existing floors, excavation for new lower level cellar, caisson drilled to bedrock with pile caps and new concrete super structure with a variety of mechanical infrastructure, Elevators and a 10,000 ft2 geodesic freeform skylight.

Successfully led the team that executed this unique project encompassing a space of more than 70,000 ft2 and a variety of specialized building infrastructure

Managed the installation of the glass skylight with the team from Permasteelisa

Improved the project plan and introduced changes that maximized project efficiency

Worked with the design teams to solve field issues and came up with solutions that were approved and implemented

No safety incidents and no shutdowns for the duration of the project

Facilitated cooperation of all city agencies

Assisted with the Back to work COVID 19 Plan and implemented the plan for the safety for all workers onsite up to the full Completion of the project

Established a track record of excellence in the management of various sized construction projects for a prominent New York based fit-out services company. The role involved direct oversight of daily operations at 25 Broadway, NYC while implementing strategic project schedules to maximize efficiency. Other responsibilities included safety submittals, RFI log and other key documentation. Commercial renovation at The Bank Note Project Bronx involving three floors and over 135,000 ft2 of floor space as part of a complete transformation of the historic landmark structure including office space, cooling tower, elevators, conference rooms and main lobby

Served as superintendent for the NYC cooperate offices for ‘Teach for America’ that resulted in completion ahead of schedule and recogniced team performance in every aspect of the project

Built a wealth of expertise and knowledge in a leadership role of large-scale residential construction project ‘Silver Towers’, NYC. This included direct oversight of the large scale mixed used project involving two 60-story luxury towers, retail and office space and a large underground parking garage.

Streamlined the planning and execution with a total value of more than $460 Million to maximize profitability for the company.

Identified inefficiencies in the schedule of the South tower interior scope and thereby reducing the completion time significantly.

Responsible for turnover of three floors per week
