As an express technician for Gillman Honda my duties were to successfully perform oil changes, 4-wheel vehicle alignments, tire rotations and balances. i was also a state vehicle inspector. I gained leadership skills and expanded my skills. I oversaw the express crew to maintain great customer satisfaction.
2018-2019 Mike Tates Telfair Tire and Auto
Mike Tates Telfair Tire and Auto was a great shop to work for, gain more experience, and gave me more knowledge about the diverse types of vehicles out there. I enjoyed working for this company. The only downfall to this job was the fact that the shop was a new business to the area. After a year went by the manager transferred me to a sister shop a couple of miles down the road from this one. It was a faster and busier paste atmosphere.
2019-2020 Mike Tates 99 Tire and Auto, Express Lead technician
As a lead tech for the express crew, my duties were to make sure the rest of the guys did their job the right way, I oversaw a 4-person team, I also worked on vehicle alignments, oil changes, tire rotation and balances, state inspections, fluid flushes, brake jobs etc. Unfortunately, I had to quit the job due to covid 19, hours were cut, and business was slow. I could no longer support my family with the pay i was getting here.

My position was lube technician, most of the workload was consistent on oil changes some tire rotates. Clean the shop when there is time or slow days available.
01/24/22 - 04/01/2022 FT Bend County Sheriffs office: As a correctional officer for the FortBends Sheriffs office my duties were to perform hourly inspections of detention area. And to maintain security Through out the facility. My mission every shift was to ensure good care to inmates under custody. The reason I had to step down from this position was due to schedule changes, Night Shift was the best shift for me at the moment and they had sent a memo stating that I was gona be transfer to evening shift. My wife would take turns taking care of our kids as she work day shift and I Night Shift.
07/26/2022- 10/16/2022 Versa Bucket: As an employee for Versa Bucket my job title was driver.
My duties were simply to drive in a bucket truck with an operator as a passenger and clear off the road for heavy loads to pass by. The mission of the company is for everything to go smooth and no one to get hurt. Escorting heavy loads was our main mission by doing it safely. I was sent to California for a job out there and successfully completed the route and delivered the loads on time and safe. Unfortunately driving back home to Houston I was involved in an vehicle accident while driving the bucket truck, no one was hurt and I wasn’t cited. I was drug tested and results came back negative. Unfortunately for me this accident cost me my job.
